Vimal Dev
Group Finance Director
Vimal holds overall financial responsibility for Blue Bell Shipping. He joined the company in 2001, initially based in Afghanistan supporting major projects before relocating to the UAE in 2002. With nearly three decades of financial management experience, Vimal has played a key role in the company’s growth from a single office operation to the global presence it is today.
Mukesh Nedungadi
Vice President – Sales & Projects
Mukesh is responsible for business acquisition and development worldwide. Since joining Blue Bell Shipping in 2012, he has grown organically within the organisation, progressing through multiple roles over the past 14 years. Mukesh has led the company’s expansion into key markets including Iraq, Turkey, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, and continues to drive growth across new regions globally.
Aditya Menon
Group Commercial Director
Aditya is responsible for strengthening the Blue Bell Shipping brand internationally, supporting the expansion of overseas offices and driving new business development. With over 10 years’ experience in project cargo, and having lived and worked in the UK, Australia and the UAE, he brings a strong international perspective and network to the company’s global growth. Having been involved with the business since his high school years, Aditya combines long-standing commitment with international exposure to promote Blue Bell Shipping in new markets.
Natalie Andriyevskaya
Country Manager: Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan
Natalie leads Blue Bell Shipping’s operations in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. With over 20 years of industry experience, including previous roles as Country Manager for multinational logistics companies, her expertise and solution-oriented approach have been instrumental in the company’s expansion across Central Asia. Natalie is also a council member of WiLAT (Women in Logistics and Transport).
Basheer Malayil
Country Manager: Bahrain and Saudi Arabia
Basheer is responsible for business development and operations in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. With over 23 years of industry experience, he specialises in oil & gas and project cargo logistics across the region. Over the past two decades, Basheer has built strong teams and a diverse client portfolio, playing a key role in Blue Bell Shipping’s development in both markets.
Kevin Auton
Regional Director: Australia & Asia Pacific
Kevin leads the Australian team and oversees business development and project cargo operations across the Asia-Pacific region (APAC). With more than 40 years of industry experience, he has worked with numerous project freight forwarders and spent significant time living and working in China. Kevin’s expertise in managing heavy cargo movements from China and delivering mining and locomotive-related projects across Australia is a valuable asset to the organisation.
Nur Obay
Branch Manager: Mersin, Turkey
Nur manages the Mersin branch while overseeing wider operations across Turkey, including transhipments to the CIS, EU and Iraq. With over 15 years of industry experience across heavy haulage operators, shipping lines and freight forwarders, Nur brings strong operational knowledge alongside a passion for business development, adding significant value to Blue Bell Shipping’s regional activities.
Hoger Ahmed
Branch Manager: Erbil, Iraq
Hoger manages operations and client relationships in northern Iraq, overseeing Blue Bell Shipping’s oil and gas logistics contracts in Erbil and Sulaymaniyah. He is also responsible for managing the company’s warehouses, open yards and other operational assets in the region. With experience working for both logistics providers and oil & gas operators, Hoger brings a valuable client-focused perspective to the team.
